Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original Maileg boxes or tags to ensure they stay protected, and include the provided packing slip inside the parcel.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or choose your own preferred shipping method.

Receive Your Refund

Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
